Cats of Thondor was made as a recreational project. We love anything that has to do with tech stuff, especially video games. Both Max and I are attending college as well as holding a part time job with our friends.

Note: The games we review on Cats of Thondor are games that have usually done well in the stores and/or rank well in the gaming community. Max and I are just two regular guys who buy all the games with our own money. This being said, we usually won't be reviewing games that are terrible, seeing as how we'd have to buy those terrible games. Our reviews are here to state the profound advancements in the gaming world and to acknowledge the hard work of the designers and developers. There are a lot of games out there pushing the limits of the current consoles, and we like to recognize them. You'll find that we occasionally review flash games and movies also. They both need lovin' too.

I’m currently twenty-two years old. I work with Max and my friends together at a company we formed called Parallel. I design for a living and was the one who designed Cats Of Thondor, naturally.

I’ve graduated from my first college with an Associate’s degree in Digital Media and I'm currently continuing my education for my Bachelor’s degree in Professional Writing.

While I enjoy designing, I do have other hobbies that keep me busy during my free time. As you’re well aware, Max and I are both huge gamers. We love playing games, making fun of games, getting mad at games, etc. Additionally, I also do some creative writing when I have some extra free time. And when I’m not doing any of those things, you'll find me composing music or playing the piano. Music is a huge part of my life and I am looking to gain a degree in music theory sometime in the future.

Hi. My name is Max Retter. I am a twenty-two year old college student at Western Connecticut State University focusing on Computer Science and Mathematics. I spend a lot of my time programming and playing video games, so developing this site has been a lot of fun for me.

I am currently enrolled in my second semester at Norwalk Community College in pursuit of a Graphic Design degree. I'm a bartender at a lovely restaurant on a Greenwich Golf Course and when I'm not working I romance my Epiphone Les Paul Standard until I get a call from the people in charge of Rivers Cuomo's copyrighted materials telling me to stop beating the piss out of his songs and that it's not going to happen. It's sad, really.

But I have quite the thing for writing, and I always have. I'm not nearly as intense a gamer as either Max or Matt (I'm still stuck in the Game Boy Color phase) but can definitely appreciate the art of game development and design. My main focus here is music, and I'm always trying to absorb something new and out-of-the-ordinary.
